 LYoga uses 2 styles;

1. A gentle flow. Working with chairs to facilitate those with exhaustion or mobility needs. The practice is low-risk and highly accessible. There is a focus on accepting one’s self & listening to the body.

2. Abundant Shavasanas interspersed throughout the session. Relaxed yoga is based on the style of Kaula Tantra Yoga these moments of stillness allow you to fully integrate the benefits of each pose, promoting a profound sense of calm and presence. With a minimum of five breaths held in each posture, we invite you to linger, to explore, and to connect with the inherent wisdom of your body and mind.

Meet Lisa

Lisa has been doing yoga for over 10 years and in 2022 took the leap to become a qualified yoga instructor. Lisa studied chair based yoga and she makes it a priority to dismantle boundaries, adjusting yoga to be inclusive for all. She obtained her teaching qualification in Kaula Tantra Yoga. This is a 3 hour sequence that focuses on relaxing the body to go deeper within each pose, encouraging participants to discover their own limits and be in tune with self. Lisa has obtained an exercise to music qualification, as well as a degree in sport studies. Lisa holds a guided meditation certificate and relaxation is routed deeply within her practice.
